This Halo Reach trailer draws out the process of the Noble Team member being transported to a space facility to receive the injections that transform him into a Spartan soldier and super human to be able to handle the spartan armor. This video shows the leader of Noble Team, Carter going through the transformation. You may not realize he is a Spartan III and they are not as strong as a Spartan II, like Master Chief. Spartan II’s were trained as kids at a very young age and put through a lot of tests and training before they were injected with their super human strength. Spartan III’s didn’t have time to be trained as long because of how bad the war was going, so they had to rush them into being transformed to help with the war.
